Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content created for a campaign (creative assets, ad copy, edited clips) is licensed to the client for the agreed campaign use upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Campaigns often run on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (exact views, followers, rankings, or revenue) as these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the notice period specified in the signed service agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [CITY, e.g. Mumbai] having exclusive jurisdiction.
